Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in para 6(b) by this Hon'ble court vide order dated 12.05.2021 in Crl.OP.No.8549/2021 and pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.SOUNDARRAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8549 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w. 120-B of IPC in Crime No.84 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
