The grievance of the petitioner is that patta has been issued by the respondent no.2 in favour of the respondent no.3, though the petitioner is also a co-owner. Thus, an appeal has been preferred by the petitioner to the respondent no.1 on 20.04.2013. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the appeal, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent no.3.
