O R D E R

Challenging the order dated 23.03.2010 passed by the first respondent, with regard to demolition of the unauthorised construction in D.Nos.10/1 and 10/2, Rajaji Street, Nadupet, Guidyattam, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.34 of 2009 before the District Munsif Court, Gudiyatham, seeking permanent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

injunction with respect to the property in question, which is pending.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the respective parties to approach the concerned Civil forum for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
