Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the third respondent in Patta No.1333 in E.A.No.10(1) Section dated 08.10.2012 and Patta No.263 in E.A.No.10(1) Section dated 08.10.2012 to quash the same; and to consequently direct the third respondent to restore the Joint patta No.140 issued in favour of the first and second petitioners herein in respect of lands comprised in S.No.484/1A, to an extent of 4.97 acres and S.No.484/1C to an extent of 72 cents and restore the patta No.263 issued in favour of the second petitioner herein in respect of lands comprised in S.No.484/2 to an extent of 52 cents and S.No.485 to an extent of 74 cents situated at
Seerapalayam Village, Coimbatore (South) Taluk, Coimbatore District.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks to quash the order passed by the third respondent dated 08.10.2012.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondents 8 to 10 that during the pendency of this writ petition, the appeal filed by the petitioners has been allowed and order has been passed in favour of the petitioner and that order has been questioned by respondents 4 to 10 in W.P.No.32784 of 2013.
3. In the light of the subsequent development, no further orders are required in this writ petition and this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
