This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register FIR on the complaint dated 05.11.2012 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and investigate the same.

2. Heard Mr.M.Deivanandam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 23.12.2014 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
