ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to construct a pipeline culvert across the Koogaiyur - Govindampalayam Road near the petitioners land in R.S.No.156/12 which has been classified as water channel, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

On written instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that in view of the order passed by this Court dated 01.10.2020, the representation made by the petitioner has been considered. However, the existing culverts of this road are enough to discharge the excess rain water and there is no possibility of damages of crops due to stagnation of water. 3.
