Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal dated 13.05.2019 in the matter of reimbursement of the petitioner's wife Mr.Rameela's medical expenses covered under the Health Insurance Scheme. ORDER

By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioners' appeal dated 13.05.2019 in the matter of reimbursement of the petitioner's wife Mr.Rameela's medical expenses covered under the Health Insurance Scheme. 4.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed before it.

This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by him in this writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein. 6.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
