O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issue or Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consdier the representation made by the petitioner on 2.7.2020 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr. K. Parameswaran, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, based on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that the 2ndt respondent had already fixed the date of enquiry on 21.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner and the 4th respondent can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to enquire and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
