This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P.No.33187 of 2025 order dated 04.12.2025 in Crime.No.680 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 33187 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025, from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled and no further extension of time will be granted. 17-04-2026 SHL To:
