This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation made on 20.07.2020 and take action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.K.Parameshwaran, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the third respondent and the date for enquiry has been fixed on 09.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the third respondent has already fixed a date for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry and take a decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
