Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 and 03.05.2021 and transfer and post the petitioner in the office of the fourth respondent as an Administrative Officer in compliance with the spouse transfer guidelines in (Rt.)CMD/TANGEDCO Proceedings No.5 dated 28.06.2017.

O R D E R Mr. P.Subramanian, learned counsel, takes notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2021 and 03.05.2021 and transfer and post the petitioner in the office of the fourth respondent as an Administrative Officer in compliance with the spouse transfer guidelines in (Rt.)CMD/TANGEDCO Proceedings No.5 dated 28.06.2017.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is sought for in this petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 06.01.2021 and 03.05.2021, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
