Seeking cancellation of the patta which has been given in favour of the respondent no.2, the petitioner made a representation based upon his title over the property. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent no.2.
