O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Though very many contentions have been raised in this petition, the main contention raised by the petitioner is that the respondent police is frequently calling her and harassing her under the guise of enquiry in respect of the complaint lodged by one Alexander .

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police is calling the petitioner to conduct an enquiry based on the complaint given by the said Alexander in respect of the property dispute and absolutely, there is no harassment made on the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public

Prosecutor, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:- (i) The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.

5. The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.

2. The above criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner. Already, an appropriate order was passed by this Court on 06.11.2015. Hence, in my considered opinion, there is nothing to clarify in the said order.
