Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble court in Crl.MP.No.6899 in Crl.OP.No.3015 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6899 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3015 of 2020 on 10.11.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition.

4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. However, this order will not stand on the way of the petitioner to comply with the order dated 10.11.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.6899 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3015 of 2020.
