ORDER
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.37 of 2021 on the file of the Sub Court, Gingee, Villupuram and transfer the same to Family Court,Chennai.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is employed as Billing Executive at Shrus Eternity, Teyanampet, Chennai and it is difficult for her to travel to Villupuram to attend the Court hearings. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner and the respondent are working in private company and they have no issues, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.
4. Accordingly, HMOP No. 37 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Gingee, Villupuram, is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Chengalpattu. The Sub Court, Gingee, is directed to transfer the case bundles within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Sub Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to issue notice to the respondent and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
