Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the fourth respondent dated 30.6.15 published on 12.7.15 pertaining to the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act 2002 in respect of the petition mentioned property situate at plot No.B-9 comprised in Re-Survey No.173/4A situate at No.32, Villarasampatti village, Erode Taluk within the jurisdiction of Sub Registration office of Soorampatti, registration district of Erode total extent of 2.41.0 Hectares of Punja land tax Rs.6.68 (old Ka.Sa.No.145) for which in acres measuring 5 acres and 95 1⁄4 cents, apart from the land belongs to S.Parimaladevi measuring to an extent of 1.45 1⁄2 acres of punja land, remaining land measuring to an extent of acres 4.49 3⁄4 cents and out of punja acres 1.25 in the midst of it, there is a 30 ft. wide road runs from East to West divided into house plots and has given numbers called the layout as Eden Park, and quash the same as illegal.
