The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 09.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2024 in Crime No.432 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mettur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
