Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that taking into consideration the facts of the case, it would suffice if the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.07.2015 is directed to be considered, particularly in view of the admitted fact that the allotment order has been given to the petitioner by the respondent no.2 on 07.10.1997.

2.Considering the submission made and taking note of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
