Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax condition that the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 3 5 and 8 are directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders as per the order passed in Crl.MP.No.2250 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of 2019 dated 21.02.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2250 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of dated 21.02.2020 that the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 3 5 and 8 are directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2250 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of 2019 dated 21.02.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
