Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to settle petitioner's medical reimbursement claim as per the company policy dated 01.04.1983 on the petitioner's petition dated 29.12.2014.

ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the 1st respondent to settle the petitioner's medical reimbursement claim as per the company policy dated 01.04.1983.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent now submitted that an acknowledgment signed by the writ petitioner on 10th August 2017 stating that the medical expenses as per the medical policy was settled in favour of the writ petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent further submits that the amount also disbursed to the writ petitioner and he received the same.
