(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time limit to deposit a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- to the credit of the above crime number in Cr.No.92 of 2020 and execute the sureties as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5351 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. The petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One lakh Ten thousand only), within two weeks from today. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
