2.It is represented that suit in O.S.No.686 of 2023 is pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Salem. However, in the order of this Court dated 08.08.2025, it had been erroneously mentioned as O.S.No.686 of 2025 pending before the Principal District Judge, Salem.

3.In view of the above submission, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction whenever it occurs and issue a fresh order copy accordingly.
