The petitioner made an application on 07.08.2015 seeking subdivision of the property at S.No.206/1A & 206/1B* at Thogarai Agarharam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Thereafter, the petitioner made another representation dated 10.08.2015. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the lands situated in the said Survey Number belongs to him. On the non consideration of the representation made to the respondent no.2, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing any third party, if so required.
