ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.10.2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has lodged a complaint with the second respondent police on 11.10.2015 as against one Nagesh and five others on the allegation of land grabbing. Though the said complaint was given on 11.10.2015, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the counter petitioner and the counter petitioner has also lodged a complaint against the petitioner. Now, the petitioner and the counter petitioner have given letters to the second respondent stating that they would resolve the dispute among themselves. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

He has also produced copies of the letters given by the petitioner and the counter petitioner for perusal of this Court.

4. Since the petitioner and the counter petitioner have already given letters stating that they would resolve the dispute among themselves, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
