ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.804 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have been found in possession of 1 Kg. 995 gms. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

5.Considering previous similar in nature and the quantity of the contraband seized from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
