This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue an order of refund as requested by the petitioner vide representations dated 12.10.2012, 8.11.2012, 3.1.2013, 14.8.2013, 15.4.2015 and 27.5.2015.
2. In respect of the claim for refund made by the petitioner, in response to the same, after notice, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents has produced a communication of the 3rd respondent dated 31.08.2015 in G.D.No.45/2012-13, indicating that excess paid amount has been refunded to the petitioner by issuing Form "P".
