Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.11.2014 regarding handing over the possession, management and administration of Arulmigu Beri Kaliamman Temple, Beripettai, Vellore to the petitioner.

Placing reliance on the order passed in a Writ Appeal where the petitioner was appointed as trustee earlier, has made a representation to the respondent nos.1 & 2 to hand over the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

management as the period for which the appointment was made has not expired, since the charge and administration of the temple was not handed over. As the said representation is not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
