ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1736 of 2014 on his file before appropriate Court within two months.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has lodged a complaint with the respondent police as against one Mala and others and the same was registered in Crime No.1736 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Section 448 I.P.C. Though the said complaint was registered on 9.10.2014, thereafter, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present petition.
3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.1736 of 2014 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
