Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Sathuvacheri Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders" in order dated 17.08.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.11048 of 2020 by this Hon'ble Court. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11048 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Sathuvacheri Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11048 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
