In a proposed suit seeking for partition, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents/ defendants before this Court. 2.Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the intending suit is for partition of properties, wherein, the properties morefully described in Schedule A and B to the plaint are within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application, and also the fact that the suit is for partition and that the schedule A and B mentioned properties are within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.3150 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents/ defendants before this Court.
