This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same " for admission" on 22.07.2025.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve papers to the learned counsel for the respondent.
