This Application has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to deposit into Court, the Applicants' 3/7th share which is um of Rs.48,600/- every month, from the total rental amount of Rs.1,13,500/-, pending disposal of the Suit.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant, learned Counsel for D1 & D2 and learned counsel for D3 & D4.

3.By an order dated 23.09.2024, this Court has directed the learned counsel for the Defendants to produce the copy of the stay order. However, so far no stay order obtained in O.S.A., has been produced before this Court.

Therefore, the Respondents/Defendants are directed to deposit the 3/7th share of the monthly income of Rs.1,13,500/- viz., Rs.48,600/- to the credit of Suit viz, C.S.No.137 of 2023 before the Registry, every month, pending disposal of this case.

4.Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
