O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 02.09.2015 as against one Murugan alleging that the said Murugan has not paid salary to the petitioner. On receipt of the said complaint, CSR has been assigned by the respondent police in CSR No.392 of 2015. Till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on the said complaint, enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 24.10.2015.

4. Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and stands dismissed.
