This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus to restrain the 2nd respondent herein from participating in the Tender Award Committee with respect to the tender for construction of 16 class room and 2 Laboratory Building in Tiruvalluvar Government Arts College at Rasipuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

3. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition would show that the technical bid was to be opened on 04.09.2018, in which, according to the petitioner, 2nd respondent should not participate in the tender award committee.

4. It is seen that in this writ petition, no interim order was passed. Now, this writ petition is posted before this Court for further hearing.

5. In view of the fact that the technical bid was to be opened on 04.09.2018, this Court finds that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
