O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 20.07.2015 as against one Saravanan and Natrajan alleging that they are threatening the petitioner to withdraw the case lodged by the petitioner's wife Parimala against one Jayanthi, who is Natrajan's wife. On receipt of the said complaint, CSR has been assigned by the respondent police in CSR No.295 of 2015. Till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already FIR has been registered in Crime No.502 of 2015 for offences under Section 294[b], 323 and 506[i] IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, nothing survives in this petition and this petition is closed.
