ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 26.08.2020 vide CSR No.855 of 2020.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued C.S.R.No.855 of 2020 and the detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.08.2020. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a tenant and his belongings are lying in the premises owned by the counter party. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint in the manner known to law.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
