O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.1108 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent.

2. The petitioner herein stated that one Shanthi and her

son Rajasekhar have cheated the petitioner and her friends to the tune of Rs.3,14,000/- in a chit business. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.1108/2015. The respondent police is not taking any action to proceed with the investigation and they are very lethargic. Hence, the present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and very soon, they will file the final report.

4. Since already the investigation was completed, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to transfer the investigation. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to file the final report as early as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
