J UD G M E N T The sole appellant in the appeal had died as early as in the year 2019 and even though several opportunities have been granted and by order dated 17.10.2023, a final opportunity was granted to take steps to substitute the legal heirs of the sole appellant, no steps has been taken. Even now, when the matter is listed for hearing, still steps are due to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
