Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 and direct the third respondent to return the property of the petitioner's bunk shop worth about Rs.1,00,000/- taken by the third respondent on 08.07.2015 to secure the ends of justice. O R D E R

The petitioner contends that she is residing at No.270, 184th Ward, 6th Street, North K.P.K.Nagar, Kandanchavadi, Chennai and she has put up a bunk shop in front of her house. Without giving any notice to the petitioner, the third respondent took away the bunk shop stating that it is affecting the traffic. The petitioner made representations to the 2nd respondent on 08.07.2015 and again on 27.07.2015 to return the bunk shop to her. Since no order has been passed on the said representations, the petitioner has come before this court.

2. Heard Mr.K.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Though the petitioner contends that the bunk shop alongwith articles, worth about Rs.1,00,000/- was taken away by the respondents, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits, simply directs the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
