Crl.M.P.No.7515 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9786 of 2021 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the order of this Court dated 11.06.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9786 of 2021 as the satisfaction court is Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur instead of Judicial Magistrate-II, Thiruvarur and for extension of time for furnishing the two sureties.

2. Mr.N.S.Sugandhan, learned Public Prosecutor has taken notice on behalf of the respondent. He has no objection for allowing this amendment petition.

3. Excepting for the above, the other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 11.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9786 of 2021 shall remain unaltered.

4. Time limit for furnishing the two sureties by the petitioner is extended by another period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the order dated 11.06.2021 passed in Crl.O.P.No.9786 of 2021 and issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner.
