W.P.No.17088 of 2023 N.MALA,J.

This Court in its order dated 19.06.2023 directed the Labour Court to dispose the I.D.Nos on or before 29.12.2023. The Presiding Officer, (FAC), Additional Labour Court-II, Chennai-104 has requested for further time in her letter dated 27.12.2023.

2. Considering the reasons cited in the said letter, this Court extends the time by further three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court.
