The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.253/2015, for the alleged offence under sections 147, 341 and 323 I.P.C. and only to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that this petition cannot be entertained. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
