(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.5993 of 2020 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 16.03.2020 in Criminal Original Petition No.5993 of 2020 the Crime Number in the cause title was wrongly mentioned as Cr.No.95 of 2020 instead of Crime No.92 of 2020 which is the correct Crime Number as per the FIR and even in the contents of the order the crime number was rightly mentioned as Cr.No.92 of 2020. He further submitted that non refundable amount also been paid by the petitioner.

3. Registry is directed to correct the Crime No.95 of 2020 as Crime No. 92 of 2020 and issue a fresh order copy. Further time is extended for a period of two weeks to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.5993 of 2020 by this Court.
