This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner has to necessarily appear before the respondent/police for enquiry.
