J U D G M E N T
The parties have resolved their disputes among themselves and have filed a Memorandum of Compromise, which was also taken on record and the application in Application No. 6445 of 2025 was disposed of on the strength of the Memorandum of Compromise dated 15.04.2024.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the plaintiff would submit that the amount that had been agreed to pay by the defendants has also been paid to the plaintiff and therefore, there is no claim subsist as against the defendants.
3. Recording the Memorandum of Compromise as well as the statement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, the Suit stands disposed as being settled out of Court.
