Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 12-092014 and thereby direct the respondents to regularize the service of the daily wage employees who were working in 81 number of agricultural Farm comes under the respondent department for more than a period of 10 years on the light of the G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 28-02-2006 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department and G.O.Ms. No.74 dated 27-06-2013 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department immediately.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. Petitioner would state that more than 544 daily wage employees are working in the agricultural farms as a daily wage employee for more than 10 years without regularization of the service, inspite of the fact, that the Government of Tamil Nadu in its orders in G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 28.02.2006 and G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 27.06.2013 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (F) Department has ordered regularisation of daily wage employees, who had completed 10 years of service. Petitioner union has submitted very many representations and last of such representation was submitted on 12.9.2014. Since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of respondents.
5. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondents 1 to 4 by enclosing a copy of this order as well as copies of earlier representations within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents 1 to 4 on receipt of the same are directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner union.
