O R D E R

This petition has been filed against the order passed by the Court below dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners to set aside the ex-parte order passed against the petitioners on 20.05.2016.

This petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and consequently, orders have been passed in the main Domestic Violence Petition on 27.12.2017.

An alternative and efficacious remedy is available under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and the petitioners cannot approach this Court directly under Section 482 of Cr.PC.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court by filing an Appeal under section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act and work out their remedy in accordance with law.
