ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) pointing out typographical error that crept in the appearance portion of the order dated 15.4.2026.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) submitted that he had appeared for the first respondent and due to oversight his appearance has been marked for third respondent and the same be corrected accordingly.

In view of the above, the Registry is directed to correct the appearance portion of the order, particularly, for respondents as under:
