Office. Pursuant to the representation dated 25.10.2014, the District Collector has given an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and after considering the case of the petitioner, rejected the representation stating that the private parties are not permitted to run any Tea Shop or Xerox Shop inside the Taluk Office Complex.
4.
When it is the stand of the respondent that the third parties are not permitted to run any Tea Shop or Xerox Shop inside the Taluk Office Complex, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the respondent. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
