The petitioner claims to be a tenant under the respondent nos.2 & 3. With the grievance that the rent has been unilaterally enhanced treating the erstwhile tenant K.Balasundara Naicker as tenant, even after the determination of his tenancy as illegal, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.01.2015 to the respondent no.2. As the said representation has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, especially by taking note of the representation said to have been made to the respondent no.2, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
